We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.
Within 14 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
If Approved, we will refund, you may also be asked to return the product.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at [email protected] to request the return. We'll get back to you in 48 hours. Thank you very much for your patience.
Step 2: After receiving your email with return request, our customer service representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. After receiving our return instructions, please use the original packaging to pack the items to be returned.The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund. Please write a note in the packing bag, and attach your order number, name and contact number. After receiving this package, we will check it.
Step 3: You will receive refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. By default, refunds will go to your original source of funds. We'll email you once processing your refund . FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
The shipping cost of returns
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.
1. The following items are not returnable: Used or washed product.
2. The goods should not be worn, washed, damaged or changed to meet the return / exchange conditions.
3. If you don't contact the customer service department first, we will not accept the returned items you send directly.
4. We don't provide FTC service for returned packages.
5. We will not replace it under the following circumstances:
Unable to contact the consignee or the wrong address of the consignee, resulting in the logistics company unable to deliver the goods. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.
When placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, telephone number and contact information. When the logistics company delivers the goods, please make sure to contact your telephone number.
6. Only when we receive the returned goods can we handle the return for you.
Within five days after receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your return.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your card amount will be returned within any applicable return date requested by your bank.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to refund to your account. Then, please contact your bank. Refund posting usually takes some processing time.
