1. What material are your sheets made of?
Our bed sheets are made of washed cotton. ""Washed cotton"" is a cotton material that has been pre-washed (also known as garment washing) to give it a relaxed, ""wearing"" appearance. Cotton cloth can be washed in several different ways, but the most popular methods include the use of enzymes, paint, chloride, and even stone. Or those who sleep with pets or children, cotton is more lightweight and durable, which means it can withstand frequent washing well. After special treatment, its surface color and texture become softer, and you can still feel its old fabric to a certain extent through the small creases on it. The fabric made of this material is not easy to deform and fade, and does not require ironing.
Fortunately, cotton sheets are easy to care for. Just put them in the washing machine together with your favorite detergent and get the best results in warm water. Dry or tumble dry at low or medium heat, and quickly remove it from the dryer to reduce wrinkles.
You can fold the sheets by following the step-by-step process below:
- Place the sheets on a large clean surface.
- Turn the elastic side of the bed sheet toward you, and then fold the bed sheet in half.
- Fold the paper into the other half again.
- From the long rectangle, fold the paper into a square.
- Put the folded paper in the designated drawer or cabinet.
Yes, if you wish, you can choose to wash the sheets! It is up to you. If you don't want to iron them, you can remove the cotton cloth from the dryer immediately after the cycle ends. Washed cotton sheets are wrinkle-resistant, so if you don't want to iron them, you don't have to iron them. Although you can also choose to iron them, you can only use warm settings to prevent damage to these fabrics.
When spraying on your favourite essential oil or perfumed mist on your sheets, remember to spritz them at a distance away and not directly at the sheets to avoid stains!
Our sheets come pre-washed, this means that you should not experience any shrinking after your first wash, nor is there a need to wash your sheets after unboxing them. However, if you have allergies or skin sensitivities, we still recommend that you wash your sheets first before sleeping in them.
